Welcome to my blog. My intent for this blog is to post ideas and information about healing trauma. I mainly focus on the technique of Somatic Experiencing, as taught by Peter Levine, PhD. I also use EMDR and other techniques, in particular Re-Evaluation Counseling, which I have practiced since 1988.
